Fresh Faces, A New Logo, and More!

Dr. Laura Fiorenza, O.D., COVD, Diplomate ABO is proud to announce the new brand identity for the Vision Therapy portion of the practice she shares with Dr. Beth Munzel, OD., COVD, Visionary Therapy: Behavioral and Developmental Optometry. The new logo encompasses the energy that the doctors bring to this new and growing field of Optometry! If you suspect you or a family member could benefit from Vision Therapy, or just want to know more about it, find out more here: Visionary Therapy at Montgomery Vision Care.

You may have noticed that Caitlin Bowling is absent from the Vision Therapy team. She is completing her studies to become a Middle School teacher, and our new Vision Therapist Jillanne Douglass has stepped in to fill her shoes. Jill is eager to learn from Dr. Fiorenza and Dr. Munzel, and has taken an active role in the Vision Therapy program. You can read more about Jill on our Staff page.

New EHR and Patient Information Forms

Montgomery Vision Care always strives to make the patient experience outstanding. We have recently switched our electronic health records system to the leading cloud-based EHR for Optometry practices, RevolutionEHR. We have uploaded a new Patient Information Form based on the Patient Intake during your pre-testing at MVC. You can print the form at home, complete, and bring with you to your visit. This saves you considerable time in the office, and provides us with an accurate and up-to-date medical and vision history for you and your family members. If you have any questions, just be sure to ask any of our friendly and helpful staff at Montgomery Vision Care!
